Invitation to the Netherlands to participate in a multidisciplinary workshop

The Universal Medical Center Groningen (UMCG) is one of the largest hospitals in the Netherlands and it is the biggest employer in the north of the country. In the upcoming years, the UMCG is going to build a new building with several new operating rooms. As they are planning to built the most modern and patient-centered OR area, the UMCG invited in collaboration with the Platform Gras, the Stimuleringsfonds Architectuur and the research and innovation organization TNO architects, designers, doctors, care specialists and engineers to participate in an open-minded design workshop.
 The whole architecture, organization, structure, management and processes around the OR area have been worked over.
